1. Guide fee
1) Basic Guide Fee
Our guide fees are calculated based on the time required, charged in 30-minute increments. The hourly rate varies depending on the type of guiding service, such as accompanying guests to activities, cultural site visits (e.g., historical landmarks or traditional architecture), or island tours.
As a general guideline, fees range from ¥4,000 to ¥6,000 per hour. The final rate will be determined in advance through prior consultation based on your specific needs and itinerary.
2) Additional Costs
Please note that the following expenses are not included in the guide fee and will be charged separately, if applicable:
- Fuel costs (when transportation is provided)
- Admission or participation fees for attractions and activities
- Meal expenses during the tour
- Insurance fees (if required)
- Consumption tax

2. Services included in the Guide fee
・English tour guide service on the day and site of the tour.
If you need, we will provide below as well. ( Additional fee could be needed.)
- Pick up at airport, hotels or other places in town before the tour starts.
- You will be transfered to airport, hotels or other placese in town after the tour.
- Consulting regarding tour itinerary consideration
- Assistance with preliminary research regarding the tour
- Assistance with reservations for restaurants, experience courses, or activities on behalf of applicants.
- preliminary correspondence with applicants via e-mail
3. Payment Policy
Payment Policy
- Payment for the guide fee and related expenses is generally required before the tour date or at the latest, prior to the start of the tour on the day of the activity.
- In the event that any additional charges arise during the tour, they should be settled after the tour concludes. If there is any reduction in cost, we will provide a refund after the tour.
- A detailed estimate will be prepared based on the specific content of your tour. This estimate will be provided in advance via phone or email. Please use this time to review the proposed details and request any necessary changes.
- Once you have confirmed and agreed to the estimated amount, we will issue an official invoice. Please complete the payment using the specified method before the tour begins.
If you have any questions or special requests regarding payment methods or timing, feel free to contact us in advance.
4. Availability of Guiding Service
- Guiding services are scheduled based on prior consultation with each guest. As such, we do not operate on fixed business days or have regular holidays like a typical storefront.
- In general, guiding services are available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 or 7:00 PM. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accommodate requests outside of these hours.
- Please note that availability may be affected by weather conditions, especially for outdoor activities. In addition, during peak seasons—such as Golden Week (late April to early May) and the summer holiday period (late July to August)—slots may be limited due to high demand. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your tour, the following cancellation fees will apply, based on the number of days prior to the scheduled start time:
- 7 days or more before the tour: No cancellation fee
- 3 to 6 days before: 50% of the total fee
- 2 to 1 day before: 80% of the total fee
- On the day of the tour: 100% of the total fee
Please note that all times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST). The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your notice.
In case of rain or bad weather
If the tour cannot proceed as planned due to severe weather conditions, we will contact you in advance to discuss possible alternatives, such as rescheduling or modifying the itinerary. If cancellation is deemed necessary due to weather and no alternative can be arranged, we will waive the cancellation fee.
During peak seasons
During high-demand periods such as Golden Week (late April to early May) and the summer holiday season (late July through August), stricter cancellation terms may apply due to limited availability. Please confirm the applicable policy at the time of booking.

6. Money to be borne by the applicant in addition to the guide fee
Travel insurance during the guided tour, meals, souvenirs, shopping, activity participation fees, experience fees, Internet connection fees, communication charges
7. Other important Terms of Services
1) In the event that a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tsunami, or typhoon occurs and the applicant is unable to visit Ishigaki Island, the tour will not be implemented and the fee will be fully refunded to the applicant.
2) After coming to Ishigaki Island, if the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure reasons such as natural conditions or traffic conditions, the applicant and we will discuss faithfully and come up with an alternative plan to carry out. If the alternative plan is no longer viable and the tour is not fully completed, we will refund the fees for the incomplete portion.
